February 3rd, 2005 - Drummer Ale
has officially left the band. We are currently looking for a

some of the work the band has been doing over the last two years. Check it
out here.
August
27th, 2004 - We've been away for quite some time - the band has been in
a break for almost two years now. We've updated the web site with
multimedia content. Stay tuned for more news in the next few months.
October 19th, 2002 - We'll be
playing live in a college festival next Saturday, October 26th. It's
called "Rock & ITBA", and it takes place, as you might have

Aires). Tickets are $2 plus a non-perishable food donation. Doors open at
8 pm.

a number of wallpapers to our multimedia section. Check them out here.
August 20th, 2002 - We are sorry to
inform that as of today Santiago Mocorrea (a.k.a. Ripper) is no longer a
member of the band. The reason is that he is emigrating to Boston, MA,
USA, to study at the renowned Berklee College of Music. We wish him
the best, and that he becomes the next Steve Vai. Soundfreek will
temporarily continue as a three-piece.
August 15th, 2002

March 16th, 2002 - We are sorry to report
that as of today Soundfreek has officially disbanded. We'd like to thank
the fans who have supported us ever since our beginnings in 1996. We would
also like to thank Martin Chavez who's been playing bass with the band on
its final months. Santiago Mocorrea (a.k.a. Ripper) will be leaving for
